Book a taxi in advance — the car will arrive at the set time.
When timing matters — an early flight, a meeting, a train — book your ride in advance: set the pickup date and time, and your order will be ready when you need it.
How to book a scheduled ride
- Enter your addresses and class.
- Instead of “Now”, choose the pickup date and time.
- Confirm the order — it will appear in your rides.
Set the pickup time with a little margin so the driver arrives before you need to leave.

How do I cancel a scheduled ride?
Open the ride in “My rides” on taxi.octy.app or in the app and cancel it.
